These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tapto.bio website, applications, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by QET.ai (“Tapto.bio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Tapto.bio provides link-in-bio pages, short links, QR codes, analytics, integrations, team features, and developer APIs.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tapto.bio. If you are under the legal age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • All activity under your account is your responsibility.

  • You must provide accurate and current information.

  • You must not share or sell accounts except where team features explicitly allow it.

4. Service Description

Tapto.bio may include:

  • Short links and custom aliases

  • Bio / landing pages

  • Dynamic & static QR codes

  • Click and traffic analytics

  • Team & workspace management

  • Third-party integrations (pixels, webhooks, APIs)

  • Developer API access

Features and limits depend on your selected plan and may change at any time.

5. User Content Responsibility

“User Content” includes all links, URLs, pages, text, images, QR codes, tracking settings, and other materials you create or publish using Tapto.bio.

You agree that:

  • You own or have full rights to all User Content

  • Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights

  • You are solely responsible for the destination and behavior of your links

Tapto.bio does not control or verify the external websites you link to.

6. License Granted to Tapto.bio

You grant Tapto.bio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your User Content only as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Tapto.bio for:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Phishing, scams, impersonation, or fraud

  • Malware, viruses, or harmful code

  • Illegal, abusive, or deceptive activity

  • Copyright or trademark infringement

  • Circumventing platform restrictions or safeguards

  • Activities that harm Tapto.bio’s reputation or infrastructure

Tapto.bio reserves the right to disable or suspend any link, page, QR code, domain, or account that violates these rules or is reported as abusive.

8. Branded Domains

If you connect a custom or branded domain:

  • You must own or control that domain

  • You are responsible for DNS configuration

  • Tapto.bio may disable the domain if abuse or legal risk is detected

9. Analytics & Tracking

Tapto.bio provides analytics and may support third-party pixels or tracking tools.

You agree that:

  • You will comply with all applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

  • You will obtain user consent where required

  • You are responsible for lawful use of tracking technologies

10. API Usage

If you use the Tapto.bio API:

  • You must keep API keys secure

  • You must respect rate limits

  • Abuse or excessive usage may result in suspension or termination

11. Paid Plans, Billing & Refunds

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and may auto-renew

  • Prices and limits are defined on the pricing page

  • Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law

  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

12. Third-Party Services

Tapto.bio may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their services, policies, or availability.

13. Intellectual Property

All Tapto.bio software, branding, UI, and systems are the exclusive property of QET.ai. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Required by law or regulation

  • Your activity poses risk or harm

  • Payment obligations are not met

You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee:

  • That links will not be blocked by third-party platforms

  • Continuous uptime or error-free service

  • Any specific marketing or traffic results

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QET.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed:

  • The amount paid by you in the last 12 months, or

  • $100 USD if no payment was made

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QET.ai from claims arising from:

  • Your content or links

  • Your violation of laws or platform rules

  • Your use of tracking or analytics tools

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QET.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
